About Us

Holland Surveyors LLC was founded as a family run company by the Hollands, a father and son team, who have worked together on and off since 1998 at various surveying firms until partnering for this venture in 2010, with a combined experience of over 60 years in professional land surveying. While much has changed in the industry since 1983 when C.A. Holland Surveyors, Inc. was founded, the commitment the Holland Family maintains to honesty and integrity in their work and life hasn't wavered. Carl A. Holland III (Xan) has taken over for his father Carl A Holland Jr. (Al) who semi retired. Both are registered Professional Land Surveyors ready to meet the needs of their customer base.

Who We Are

Holland Surveyors has been providing surveying services throughout the Carolina's since 1983. Carl A. Holland, Jr., PLS, founder and president was joined professionally by his son Carl A. Holland, III, PLS, in 2009 to create Holland Surveyors, LLC (HSLLC). HSLLC is a small family owned business with professional licensure currently in South Carolina HSLLC has a broad range of surveying and mapping experience including boundaries, mining, environmental, land development, roadway design, and construction surveys.

HSLLC utilizes state of the art equipment technology and methods to successfully accomplish projects at an accelerated rate and to deliver unique products not typically associated with traditional surveying. HSLLC uses robotic total stations, GPS, digital levels, 3D laser scanning, and our own patented "Accu-slope" device to approach projects in new and innovative ways. The "Accu-slope" is a patented device and process specifically developed for SCDOT interstate cross slope rehabilitation projects with small tolerance specifications. We also currently use AutoCAD Civil 3D, and Bentley MicroStation software enabling us to deliver files in both popular formats.
